Cuba - an amazing country, but few would doubt that Castro has kept the people very poor. The country revolves around tourism, cigars, rum, and salsa music. Still, living on an average wage of $20 per month, they have a literacy rate of 94% - keep in mind the UK has one of 60%. Great to see it before both the Castro's concede to old age...
