Thanks to everyone who supported our ‘Body Challenge’ auction on 21 Saturday, for The Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival.

We managed to raise $1500 for the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival.

The winning mannequin was Debbie Menzies who received a $200 Koonara prize pack for her work ‘Petticoat Lane’, and the kids prize went to Ebonie Moulton, 13 years, for her work ‘Maheegan (Native American Female Wolf)’.

The brief was to collect a mannequin from our Cellar Door and bring it to life using any media of your choosing. We were looking for creative, quirky, challenging and beautiful designs, which we got in spades! 34 entered the competition and the quality was outstanding.

Koonara were Silver Sponsors of the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival, which celebrated it’s 25th year.
