Welcome to your Koonara cheat sheet. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about redeeming gift cards, checking and using loyalty points, and getting the most out of your Koonara account.
Redeeming a Gift Card
Got a Koonara gift card? Lucky you! Here’s how to use it:
- Browse our online store and add your favourite wines to cart
- Head to checkout
- Complete Step 1 (Delivery) and move to Step 2 (Payment)
- On the Payment page, click “+ Apply a Gift Card” — it’s just below your saved payment method
- A pop-up will appear, enter your 16-digit gift card code and click “Apply Gift Card”
- The balance will be deducted from your order total. If your order exceeds your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your card on file
- If your order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on your card for next time
things to know
- You can use a gift card across multiple orders until the balance runs out
- Gift cards can’t be combined with certain promotional codes or special offers
- Gift cards can’t be used to purchase another gift card (we know, we know)
check your loyalty points balance
First, you’ll need to be logged in to your account so the system knows who you are (and how many points you’ve earned).
Once logged in you’ll see your Loyalty Points circle on the right-hand side showing your current points, their dollar value, and your tier status.
redeem your loyalty points
- Add your wines to the cart and proceed to Step 2 (Payment)
- Scroll down past your payment method, you’ll see a Loyalty Points section showing your available points and their dollar value
- Hit the “Redeem” button to apply them to your order
- If you forget, you’ll have another option at Step 3 (Review) before you confirm.
