We had a wonderful time at the Koonara Wines Hamilton Food & Wine Night Market.
Around 1,800 people attended the event. After a very wet start to the week, the weather on the night was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the spectacular Botanic Gardens which looked particularly lovely after the rains.
Musician’s Ben Hood and Ben Uppill on the saxophone entertained the crowd beautifully. Kids ran around the lawn with hula hoops and were transformed into fairies, and wild animals by face painter Ree from Wild Child Face Painting.
Friends caught up over a glass of wine from wineries Koonara Wines and Suffoir Winery, Brewery and Cellar Door, craft beer by Red Duck Brewery, Suffoir Brewery and craft cider by The Cide Project.
Thanks to the food producers who fed the hungry crowds: Hanalei Bay Fish Tacos + Bambino Woodfired Pizza + Southern Hotdogs + Just Chips VIC + Strawberries Galore Loxton
We would particularly like to thank the Greater Hamilton community for coming along and supporting the night.
We are really looking forward to doing it again next year!!
