Every $1.00 equals 1 point. You can earn additional points by leaving a review and referring friends to our Angels Guild Wine Club.
No. Your tier level may reduce, and your perks may change if your annual online spend drops below your current tier level, but your points are for life (well, as long as we run the program) and will accumulate and grow.
When you log into your Koonara Wines online account, you’ll see a section that details your available points and tier level at any given time.
Nope, you can redeem any points accrued on your order. The only exception is that points cannot be used to purchase mystery wines or to pay for your Angels Guild Wine Club shipments. Points are only redeemable on purchases made online at www.koonara.com
No, you can only use your points OR a coupon code OR a gift card.
You must first be logged into your account when you’re checking out and using the same email address you joined our emails with.
Once you have confirmed your delivery address and details, when you get to the payment page, there is a button that allows you to redeem points. This page will show you the value of your points, and you can click the redeem button to use your points.
