Product Description
Mount Gambier is the coolest region on the mainland of Australia, allowing flavours in the grapes to develop longer while still keeping their crispneess. This produces rich lemon and lime Chardonnay. A complexity of minerality, flavours and a long finish. Strong aromas of ripe Fuji apples with a hint of citrus peel, great mousse, a good dose of sweetness on the front palate with liverly ripe apple flavours with just a trace of musk on the finish. Complex, unusual and yummy.
