We know it’s hard to pair food and wine. That’s why we constantly work with our resident foodie to find and create recipes that perfectly match our wines. We know our Lucy & Alice Pinot Gris is a Spring / Summer time staple and this recipe is a match made in heaven. It’s a vegan friendly recipe this time too, but can also be tweaked  to add prawns or chicken if tofu’s not your jam. It’s a super quick dish and we know you will love it! Now all you need to do is hit up the shops for your supplies, cook and enjoy.

It’s no secret we like to cook, so when we were approached by Gavin from Another Food blogger fame to collaborate on a recipe we jumped at the chance. 

Gavin created for us something that is so well paired with our two premium Family Reserve Red Wines, that we couldn’t help but be excited. So get yourself to the grocery store because you are going to want to make these Red Wine and Chocolate Braised Lamb Shanks. They are absolutely delicious and are a perfect match for the cold Winter days now upon us.
