SEPTEMBER: Cabernet Celebrations Decadence Lounge
The Koonara Decadance Lounge is back! After a great turnout at our Cellar Dweller’s event, we’re coming back… AGAIN!
Join Koonara for a relaxing Friday night as we turn our Cellar Door into a cosy wine bar. Enjoy music from through the decades, our flagship wines and platters by Penola’s own PICHNIC catering.
It’s sure to be a relaxing night for Friday knock-off drinks, so be sure not to miss out. The Decadence Lounge is here for a good time, not a long time.

OCTOBER: Cabernet Celebrations – All month
Join us as we celebrate all things Cabernet during the Month of October. We’ll have special tastings in the Cellar Door and a few treats to go with our delicious Cabernets too.

NOVEMBER: bet 365 William Thomson Dunkeld Cup
Join us in our Platinum Marquee, for a fabulous day of racing, elegance and fun at the 2023 bet 365 William Thomson Dunkeld Cup.
Our marquee is located in a premium trackside location with the stunning backdrop of Mount Abrupt. Your ticket includes a 5-hour beverage package of premium wines and beer, as well as entry into the racecourse, with gourmet food and live entertainment. Strictly limited tickets are available.

DECEMBER: Sportsbet Ballarat Cup
Join us as we host our first-ever Platinum Marquee, at the 2023 Sportsbet Ballarat Cup.
It will be a fabulous day of racing, elegance and fun at the Koonara Wines Platinum Marquee. Follow our Socials for more information and ticket release dates.

JANUARY: Mount Gambier Summer Pop-Up
Join us as we host our Summer Fiesta in the Cave Gardens. Enjoy a great social night with a fantastic atmosphere, mouth-watering food, and all your favourite wines.
We’ll have live bands, a DJ, wine, beer and cider available, and the best summer fresh foods. Tickets includes polycarbonate glass to keep! Please remember this is an over 18-year event only.

MARCH: Hamilton Pop Up Fiesta
Join us as we host our Hamilton Pop Up bar in the lush Botanic Gardnes, It’s a great night out with a fantastic atmosphere, mouth-watering food, and of course, all your favourite wines.
We’ll have all the usual things that make our Hamilton Fiesta a cracking night. There will be live bands, a DJ, wine, beer and cider available, as well as various food stalls for you to enjoy. Ticket includes polycarbonate glass to keep!

AUGUST: Coonawarra Roadshow – Various Locations
The Coonawarra Wine Tasting Roadshow is an annual event held each August in various capital cities!
Taste the best of Coonawarra with 30 premium producers pouring their finest drops at various locations. Come along to taste the best that Coonawarra has to offer, with 180 Coonawarra wines being showcased over 3 hours.
Meet the makers, taste the wines, enjoy a bite to eat and discover why Coonawarra’s wines are among the best in the world.
Ticket includes entry, souvenir wine glass, unlimited wine tastings, meet the winemaker and complimentary food offering.
