If you are unhappy or there are any faults or breakages, we offer a 30 day refund on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition.
To arrange this firstly phone us on 08 8737 3222 or email us at email@example.com immediately and we will arrange Australia Post to pick up the goods. Or we may arrange a drop off at an Australian Post location near you.
Once the returned goods are delivered in good condition to our cellar door, a full refund will appear on your credit card, within approximately 14 days.
