We stand by our products and thrive to ensure you are satisfied with our service.

If you are unhappy or there are any faults or breakages, we offer a 30 day refund on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition.

To arrange this firstly phone us on 08 8737 3222 or email us at immediately and we will arrange Australia Post to pick up the goods. Or we may arrange a drop off at an Australian Post location near you.

Once the returned goods are delivered in good condition to our cellar door, a full refund will appear on your credit card, within approximately 14 days.
