Free Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping across Australia on orders of 6 bottles or more. For those indulgent moments or stocking up your cellar, we’ve got you covered. Angels Guild Wine Club members get free shipping all of the time; if you’d like to know more, please click here.
Flat Rate Shipping:
For smaller sips, any purchase under 6 bottles will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00, ensuring your wine journey begins without delay.
Dispatch and Delivery:
- Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched within 24 hours to ensure your wine arrives swiftly.
- Weekend orders (from Friday to Sunday) are dispatched on Monday.
- During Sale times, there may be some delays to our dispatch time as we work through a larger volume of orders.
- We dispatch from our Cellar door in Penola, South Australia predominantly using Australia Post and sometimes local couriers for those living nearby.
- Orders are collected every afternoon, Monday to Friday at 3 pm. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking ID to follow your wine’s journey to your doorstep.
Delivery Times:
While we aim to deliver within the following timeframes, we cherish each and every bottle and in warmer months or during exceptionally hot weather, we may delay shipping to preserve the integrity of our wine.
We strive to deliver to Australian capital city metro areas within 5-7 working days and regional centres within 14 working days. Delivery may vary based on location.
Age Verification:
In adherence to Australian law, all wine purchases and deliveries require the recipient to be at least 18 years of age. Our couriers may ask for ID upon delivery to ensure compliance. If the recipient cannot present a valid ID, the delivery cannot be completed.
Efficient and Reliable:
We’re committed to offering you an efficient and reliable delivery service. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly. We have swift communication channels with our freight providers to resolve any issues promptly.
Unattended Deliveries:
For your peace of mind, if no one is available at your delivery address, the courier will either leave a notification card or securely place your package in a pre-arranged safe spot, based on your delivery preferences. Unattended packages without a safe place designation will be taken to the nearest Post Office, awaiting your collection at a time that suits you.
