We know our Lucy & Alice Pinot Gris is a Spring / Summer time staple and this recipe is a match made in heaven. It’s a vegan friendly recipe this time too, but can also be tweaked to add prawns or chicken if tofu’s not your jam. It’s a super quick dish and we know you will love it!
